(A) Bought waterfront Plots #46, 47, 48, and 49 each 40 x 30. At
right wing of HEED SEEMAH, BURUM Kilo 36 Mukalla, Approximate position:
Long. 48 ° 49 ° E Lat. 14 ° 10 ° N (see attached site Master Plan)
covering over 4,800 Sq. Meters. Bought plot 52 covering 1200 sq. m which
could be used as additional services unit, increased the measurement of
the area up to 5,000 sq. m.
Prepared plans and quantity analysis and sent them to the concerned
Departments including the Investment, Tourism, and Municipalities
purposely to be permitted initially and by sure in later stage change or
amendments of plans, furniture, or equipment is essential.
(B) Bought waterfront Chalets Plot #348 covering over 14,400 sq.
meters i.e. 120 x 120 at right wing of same site plan (Distance between
both sites A & B about 700 meters).
Accumulated various ideas of modern Resorts and their contents,
services, amenities, etc. and final decision could be made soon and
consequently the relevant plans will be produced accordingly.
Please find attached under relevant Appendix (ITC, Schlgenbad, Germany -
TEAM Rome, Italy) survey who consulted. The survey being known as # 911/89/NTP
(4) with an extract attached regarding the estimates of beds required.
Consultant suggested 6 big projects on the shore between Bilhaf and Burum
including Dhaluma and Ras Moysa (Please refer to page 31 Ras Moysa under
relevant Headings number of 150 beds on 32,000 sq. meters. Building such big
project needs very LONG TIME either to negotiate or to execute, consequently
marketing those shores could be delayed for such long period, other such
Egyptian will progress having their places at Tourism Maps and we are still
waiting for execution of such big projects.
The undersigned of the view to start immediately execute such Medium
Project at Heed Seemah of say Waterfront Restaurant Hall of 40 tables in
every site serve over 160 person with Waterfront Bungalow, Motels, Chalets,
etc. Lodging at the end of say 245 persons capacity of CHARTERED AEROPLANE.
(The Egyptian at one time have over 32 chartered flights a day) we are not
of any intention to compete the Egyptian but to gain from their experiences.
Execution should be made in 2 or 3 phases and create "CASH FLOW" and upon
completion of every phase. Immediate use but to MARKET it and when demand is
grown then to see if can participate in building other bigger projects as
suggested even in other parts of the shores. We are now negotiating merger
arrangements in Bilhaf to develop tourism site of 175,000 square meters.

furniture, equipment could be calculated in accordance to the quality
required by financer, on our turn can advice of our recommendation and
estimation!
